The Process of making Custom Grillz involves several steps, including designing, casting, setting the Moissanite Gemstone, and Finishing the Final Piece. Here’s a General overview of the Process:

Process:

• After you confirm your order on our website, you have to prepare and send the model kit to us.  (You will have to buy Modal Kit from Amazon or other online store and it will be available for $40 to 45. You can prepare Modal Kit by going to any of your dentist.)
• Then, you send your molds back to our store to customize your order.
• After receiving your shipped model kit, we confirm receipt of your molds and whether they can be used for customization. (If not, you need to re-make the molds and send them.)
• When your molds are usable, it takes us a maximum of 3 – 5 business days for custom non-diamond grillz and 12 – 14 business days for diamond Grillz.

Care instructions:

• After each use, clean your grills thoroughly with a soft napkin/cloth.
• When customers do not wear the grillz, please put them in the box provided in a dry and clean area
• Do not put anything else in the same compartment to avoid scratches.
• Customers are advised to remove grillz before smoking, eating, drinking alcoholic beverages, playing sports or participating in any activity that could pose a suffocation risk. It is not recommended for customers with dental problems/ to wear grillz during any dental treatment.
• Customers are advised to visit dentists for any dental issues before and/or after wearing the Grillz.

The set of Grillz caps you want to order are only intended to be a temporary accessory to complement a person’s appearance. It is not intended for any dental purposes, therefore you should remove your Grillz before eating, drinking, sleeping, smoking, playing sports or any other activities that may result in the jewelry being damaged or dislodged from its proper position and there may be a danger of suffocation. As mentioned above. Also, you should keep the jewelry out of the reach of children.
